This pre-season routine is designed to prepare your body for the football season, focusing on increasing strength, power, and endurance through high-intensity loads. The program will be 100% personalized depending on the number of days you can train per week and will be tailored to your current physical level.
The main goal of this routine is to improve the essential physical qualities of a high-performance soccer player, such as explosive strength, muscular power, and the ability to sustain prolonged efforts. During these 6 weeks of training, we will progress with load increases to challenge your body and help it adapt to higher intensities, preparing you for professional-level competition.
Within the plan, you will find specific physical tests for soccer players, which are carried out during the first few days of the process.

-The program lasts 6 weeks, with a training structure tailored to your needs, with options for 3, 4, or 5 training days per week, depending on your availability.
-High-intensity circuits will be included to improve muscular and cardiovascular endurance. Moderate loads will be combined with specific lower body exercises.
-You will also have the option to train on sand to specifically enhance endurance, using the surface's instability to improve functional strength and muscular endurance. If you're able to train in this environment, it will be an excellent way to maximize your physical performance.
-Some days will focus on active recovery through mobility exercises, stretching, and injury prevention, while also working on core stability.
-Speed reaction, short-distance acceleration, and the ability to quickly adapt to changes in direction will also be targeted. The loads will be lighter, but the intensity will be at its maximum.
