If you decide to train with me, you have to be 100% committed. Depending on the goal you have, we will be training together for 1 month so you can move towards it. If you are in the pre-season stage, we will work with a higher volume and loads, and if you are in season, we will work with a lower volume and loads, but at a higher intensity. I will adjust the loads and intensity depending on what phase you are in.
